Pickup only at BHC Arlington. Management confirms your pickup time and location details.
Advance notice: 24 hours for Small; 48 hours for Medium and Large. Exceptions require management approval.
Payment: Management calls to review your request, confirm the total including applicable tax, and arrange advance payment. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations: Paid orders and no-shows are nonrefundable, with exceptions at management’s discretion. If BHC cancels, you receive a full refund.
Changes: Date changes, order changes, substitutions, and flavor availability require management approval.
